is the reading true?

My friend predicted something for me from a religious scripture which sounded too good to be true!!!! My question's if the reading is true?

The angles are mutable = No.
The lord of the asc, jupiter, is in a fixed sign & house = yes
The moon's in a fixed sign & house = yes
The dispositor of the moon, venus, is in a fixed sign = yes
but venus is in the 12th = NO

ummm....That was just a try based on whatever research i did yesterday but i haven't been able to conclude..i've never done charts like these.

can someone help me out

Is the Lot of Truth (ascendant+moon-mercury) in a angle (+), succedent (0) or cadent (-1) house? Is the Lot in the same sign as the SN (-)? The NN (+)? And most important, does the Sun (arbiter of Truth) flow toward (+) or away from (-) the Lot of Truth?

the lot of information true/false is at 21 cancer :

succeedent - 5th house
not in the same sign as the south node

the sun's at 12 deg cap....
I don't know how to look at this.

Moon here is the significator of the Lot of Truth (ruler of the sign the Lot is in); Moon also flows toward the Lot of Truth = + testimony
Further, the Lot of Truth significator Moon is in its sign of exaltation = more + testimony

From the above, I find only + testimonies regarding your question about the truth of the reading.
