Part 2 - what has to happen first?
After reading my resposes (and thank you for responding) i have been thinking of the question...."What has to happen first..?" for some kind of change in this relationship.
my lame interpretation...here goes....LOL
in my third house i see that there is Mars?
in my 5t house there are several planets..
in my 6th house i see Venus?
in regards to applying - Mars/man Venus/woman
those planets have to come to a full circle to connect? is that when we will "connect"?
i read that "somethings has to happen first, as this is too early a chart". what could that mean? somethng bad or good?
please explain as i want to see where that shows in the chart and How?
thank you.
forgive me for my lame interpretation.....i am just looking at the planets in the houses.
isnt the 5th house for romance?

Re: Part 2 - what has to happen first?
BTW - from my 10th house the stronger lines connect down to the 5th house. why is that? why are there stronger and darker lines? this is the 4th day of these incredibly beautiful FULL MOONS OUT. I have my moon in Gemini (could be why i am too emotional these days) dont want to "jinx" myself by calling him again. i want to lay low. but could it affect this chart in telling me what has to happen first? just curious

The south node is conjunct your AC.. This is not good. I am very new at horary and not educated well, I only pick up things here and there so I am not sure how to answer this, I am sorry. Best of luck!

Re: Part 2 - what has to happen first?
"....Transiting Jupiter is in your 5th house of love affairs now, which should be beneficial; but here you want to keep things light, because he doesn't hit your 7th house of marriage and other long-term relationships for several years. This is a time for flirting, laughter, dinners out, and "no strings attached" with a new love interest..."
interesting that i was told this. LOL - wonder who that could be. would it show on a new chart if i were to ask and possibly see, his sign/what he does. can a chart indicate that? what should I look for ? please advise. thank you. so there is a clue!

_____________
Hi Amy - FOR RELATIONSHIP HORARY QUESTIONS ...
Yes and no - to your question about romance and the 5th House. Planet/s in the 5th in certain questions can suggest that a romantic affair is all that is likely to happen or his happening ...
However, a horary question about a relationship is usually about whether or not the potential (or already established) relationship is going anywhere.
The chart is read using :
1 ruler and Moon for the querent
7 ruler for the other person.
If the chart seems unclear using these main signifiers, then you can look also at Venus for the female in the partnership and Sun for the male in the relationship.
Reception between the two planets is also important if there is an aspect between them. This will describe the quality of the relationship and what each of the parties think of the other. You need a copy of Ptolemy's Table of Essential Dignities for this.
Here, your chart shows 1 ruler Mercury is applying to an opposition with Jupiter, 7 ruler. So if your question was, 'Will this relationship go anywhere?' - the answer from these significators would be No.
Moon is also separating from Jupiter which confirms the negative for this chart.
Looking at Venus and the Sun as the next possible pair of planets, we see Venus is not in aspect to the Sun - she is moving well away from him, in the next Sign. So nothing happening there, either, I'm afraid.
It's true that there is a Consideration before Judgment that notes if the degrees on the Asc are from 27 degrees of one sign to about 3 degrees of the next sign, then the astrologer should be careful when reading because the degrees are either too late or too early. It acts as a kind of warning and sometimes it simply describes what is happening in reality - ie it's "too early" to know about this matter; or it's "too late" to ask really because things have already been decided in the matter.
When you are beginning to read horary charts it's best to stick to this rule of "too early" and wait for a while (months?) before asking the question again and when it is seriously bothering you. Your chart here has 13 degrees on the Ascendant and is not "too early" to read; it is quite clearly a negative relationship outcome.
There are many ways that a chart can show positive testimonies - you need more than one usually - but it takes study and time to learn what these can be. ___________

Hi Amy, Don't be sad! Love your poetic-speak there about getting Venus "to sit with" you for a while ... beautiful!
You can certainly ask a horary question "Will I ever meet a man who wants me for a life partner?" or something like that ... when you are moved to do so. You can also check out your natal chart if you've got correct time of birth.
In Carmen Astrologicum 2nd Book by Dorotheus (ed by David McCann) there are "Predictions from Venus". He says -
Look at Venus, her position and the lords of her triplicity. If they are with Venus, in trine to her, or angular, then this is a good indication for marriage. If you find the lords of the triplicity of Venus with her or angular, free from the Sun and direct in motion, all of this is a good indication. But if you find them in a bad or cadent house, afflicted, or conjoined or opposed to the Sun, then predict that the native will never marry ... .... In the nativity of a women predict similarly about their benefiting from men. If you find Venus in a bicorporeal ie the mutable signs then the native will marry more than once.
You could also work out the Part of Marriage in the natal chart, too, and see which quadrant that falls. You count from Venus to Saturn and add to it the ascendant to work this out, he says.
If you're interested in more ... you could probably find this material on skyscript.co.uk website.
Also, in William Lilly's Christian Astrology Book 3 he also covers "Of the marriage of women - If the woman shall marry" etc not as horary judgments but from the natal chart. This is available free, online.
Cheers.___________

Re: Part 2 - what has to happen first?
I have my exact time of birth - 2:40am - Brooklyn, NY (Kings County)
i have a sun in aquarius, Moon in Gemini, Sag rising.
whenever I look at my astro - i look at both aquarius and sag.
i know this may sound funny, but the person i have been in love with since he came back into my life again, after over 33 years, is still on/off with me in many ways. i feel that this is going to be a relationship one day as we can never walk away from each other. maybe now, you see that this is not going to happen through a horary, but there was a reason for us to find each other again...
i want to do a Venus return chart. isnt there one like that. Although I dont know if i need his birth time, he tried to find his birth certificate but his family told him that when they left Italy to go to NY they did not have it with them. he does not know the time of his birth.
those charts you mentioned sound hard to do....i will look into that today. i was also told, that by the end of this year - and all through the next, i will have more stability in love and romance.
i try to read all i can but to make this chart, i heard that there is a way you can predict when a significant relationship will enter your life.
Natal with Progressions and transits?
is there a step by step process? could i do this online?
ahhhhhh
i do love astrology, its very interesting to me. since i was 12.
thank you so much for being kind and non-judgmental with my story.
i will ask again about me and E in a few months. right now, we are both happy to be "on friendlier terms" with each other. He always told me thaqt.."He has never loved so much, nor hurt so much" knowing me for so long..
he is also very very much a writer. even though he is an engineer.
Blessings...

Hi Amy, In answer to your questions ... I'd suggest working with the natal chart for an answer to this broad question of "Will I ever ...?" altho as I said, you can certainly ask this questsion in a horary ... later.
Yes, you could do a progressed chart, transit chart or solar return chart to see if there is something significant happening for that year / month to your 7th House or the 7 ruler - especially if 7 ruler falls in your 1st House.
Something you could do is work out where the Part of Marriage falls in your natal chart - I put the details above. Let me know if you don't know how to work this out. It's an Arabic Part they call it - like the Part of Fortune or Fortuna. It will have a "ruler" or "dispositor" - ie the planet that rules it - say if it's in Pisces, its ruler will be Jupiter.
Glad you love astrology - most of us do, I think! although it can be very frustrating sometimes! ________
