Yes, Venus in Scorpio is a pretty stalker-ish placement, I have spoken on that a few times on other threads. It's an all-or nothing type of placement. You do have a lot of sexual magnetism, and there is a tendency towards secrecy, and keeping your feelings private, especially if you really like someone.

Financially and Personality-wise, we would have to see your chart to fill in the rest of the blanks.

Im a Venus in Scorpio conjunct Pluto in Scorp, but mine are in the 11th and 12th.

Characteristics:
You can be stalkerish with the ones you like, admire, envy, or hate. (But not openly stalkerish like Venus in Cancer who text a lot or make phone calls every second.) We are secretive stalkers, I bet you like to spy en Facebook the boy you like without posting anything in he's profile. Just to check with who talks, and what he is doing. jejejej

You like money and expensive things, as Taurus Venus or 2nd house Venus, but with the difference that you are not needy for money.

Your relationships are ups and downs, you have to find a balance. You achieve stability but tend to get bored with it too. Thats the deal with Scorpio Venus.. try to find a balance.

Beg to differ here, I'm Venus in Cancer, and this is far from what I do. Venus in Cancer is too sensitive in love to be openly stalker-ish. Maybe if the relationship is already deep in progress, there may me a bit of panic if, say they don't pick up their phone all day. After that, it's more of a worrying thing bc you care, kind of like a mom would worry. It's more of a nurturing thing.

Open stalking, I've experience with Tauruses, esp Mars and Sun. Open stalking would be more of a masculine thing, with Venus in Masculine signs, like Leo or Aries. A Cancer "stalking" would be private, just looking for red flags as to where their feelings could be hurt...A Pisces type will probably fantasize and carry on a secret relationship in their head, with no intention of following through, unless they have a strong Taurus placement (my ex).

With the Venus in Scorpio I've experienced, the feeling was so intense, I could feel it on a psychic level. So I would say this is a special type of stalking, as once they're mind is made up, they have a pretty strong gravitational pull on their "prey". This is a very "femme fatale" placement. Will probably pinpoint your weakness pretty quickly, and look to exploit it, not bc they're bad, but their feelings can be so intense, they don't know any other way than to play for keeps. Intensity is the key word here. Without it, there's no attraction, they won't waste their time.

As for the Pluto in Scorpio generation, well, let's put it this way. This gen was born instinctively knowing that "sex sells". This gen. grew up watching Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian on red carpets, Magazine covers and their own Tv shows, all from making a sex tape. I read somewhere that this generation has yet to do something for money and power that isn't sex related :\

better be sure when all is given or all is offered, that the people or situations involved are truly worthy of the exchange. 2nd house aids in the proper discernment but 3rd can be a bit more hither and thither.
i think this is a great combo, with 2nd house aid, for acquisition of resources and stewardship of them, as long as physical desires are kept in check.
overt desires for acquisition of money, personal power, and balls to the wall passion can create nasty, vengeful and ruthless messes if not held in proper perspective. it is an all~consuming aspect, but of course, can be tempered by more practical aspects from other planets.
