I use the whole sign houses, but they can be easily seen in the chart. There are considerations: there is a late ascendant and Saturn is in the first house.
Libra is the rising sign and first house. Your significator is Venus.
Your friend is represented by the 11th house which is Leo. The Sun is planetary significator.
Venus and the Sun are together in Virgo which is the 12th house. The significators are separating.
You and your friend will continue to become more distant from each other as time passes.
The Moon is active, but makes no aspects to the main significators. It will make an aspect with Jupiter, but J. is to weak to help the situation. The final aspect of the Moon is with Saturn a solitary significator. I am sorry but none of this promises a happy out come.
