New Relationship! Potential?

I've recently met a new man, about 6 weeks ago. he is actually a martial arts trainer and i'm one of his students. So far it has been a very interesting relationship, with us joking about getting one another's names tattooed on each other after only three weeks of meeting! We haven't done anything other than flirt, and I think it's safe to say that we both may have old partners waiting in the wings for us to come back to them. But our admiration for one another is mutual and intense, and every day we spend together we seem to bond more and more. It seems as though I've never felt this way for anyone. He is from another country and speaks so beautifully to me. we are so much alike in so many ways. he stares at me forever and i just get lost in his gaze. We are very, very physically attracted to one another and love to spar in class, and our flirting styles are totally in sync (VERY sexual and up front).

Anyways enough about all of that, here is the chart! I think there's a LOT going on in this chart, but I'm not very good at reading horary charts as I'm still a novice. Because there are no planets in the seventh house, does that imply that there's no chance of a relationship? maybe it will never be more than just a teacher flirting with a cute girl in his class?

But if i'm the moon and he is the sun (he should definitely be the sun because i've read the sun corresponds to "men of confidence" which sums him up perfectly), then we are in the 1st and 4th houses which are both angular, which might signify beginnings, yes? Venus being in the 3rd house could also speak to communication and education, considering the way we met is through him being my teacher, and our communication is distinct because we come from different countries.
