I am going to aks a philanthropist, whose phone number I have, for money for me to escape from my abusive husband. BUTTTTT - Saturn is in the 8th house of other people's money. Not good for asking someone for their money ? My co-ruler moon is separating form a conjunction with Saturn there. Sorry that I cannot figure out how to put the chart there. I did it with Placidus system and the Ascendent is 27 Sagitarrius 14.

Is this a good time or does the Saturn completely ruin it ?

You want a seperating aspect between your significator (the faster planet) and his (the slower planet), this signifies your successful departure from him. Also, you probably want to get Saturn into a house that isn't so closely related to this issue. Normally this position wouldn't matter, but since borrowing money is an important issue in this particular scenario, Saturn has to go. Moving the time to get Saturn into the seventh or ninth house would do fine, I believe.
