Need comments on 'Vocation' & anything regarding marriage

I'm a full time working doctor & am contemplating specialisation but its been over a year & I still can't decide which field to choose. I read somewhere that I had to share my dreams with public/masses *NEPTUNE* for a professional career but can't seem to understand where to go.
Any comments welcomed.. I thought bout Radiology from the reading but can't set my heart on it. I personally love surgery but am being discouraged by seniors so might settle for Peads.
I have a strong mercury, is there a possibility to go into public speaking?
Any signs of success in professional life??

Secondly, I know I have alot of planets in the 7th house & the saturn to delay as well. Moon means young romance but is there any possibility to predict when settlement happens. I am single & totally resisting any kind of meeting with anyone. Is it love marriage & how do I know the person is the right person? :S

Look at your 8th house. Mars , saturn, pluto.

Moon at a critical degree (or nearly so)

My advice to you is that do not specialize in surgery at all

You should be married around at the time when saturn is in its last degrees in libra and engaged within 1-2 years time

Thanks Jupiterasc that was interesting to read. Was hoping a bit more personal though because my chart is SATURATED in the relationship sector & well, confused in the vocational. But enjoyed the link.

I only know basic astro so can't really interpret much. Thanks for the feedback on 'surgery' & the marriage time. I'm guessing that should be accurate in line with Numerology-don't know anyone for now.
Really want to learn how you folks predict the time periods & the motions of the planets etc.
