I don't know how Aquarius and capricorn can be at the top.

Aquarius would be considered dominant because that is the sign that your midheaven lies in and saturn is also at home in the 10th house with strong aspects like a t-square and is also part of the grand cross within your chart. Capricorn may be considered a dominant in you chart because of the north node being in this sign and also how heavily aspected uranus and neptune are.

I thought my first dominant should be Aries because it appears 3 times?

Not necessarily. It is my understanding that when a planet is placed within it's own house it gives more power to the planet and when a planet has many aspects to other parts of the chart or strongly placed aspects, the planet is greatly affecting the chart which would give it dominance. But also, a planet or sign having dominance does not mean it has a significant amount of dominance.
