True Node axis: Cancer/1st house and Cancer/7th house

In need of some interpretation of cross axis alignment of the true node in same sign and opposite houses. Would this have a complementary effect in that each would help the other find what would make them more fulfilled? Or am I off on this? Please see attached.

Many thanks,

Chris

although N Nodes are both in cancer they are not conjunct

you should consider posting a synastry bi wheel...

Re: True Node axis: Cancer/1st house and Cancer/7th house

Thank you for the great link! Some very good information. I'm just starting to dabble in astrology and appreciate the direction. My original question was prompted by reading up on true nodes and I couldn't find anything where true nodes are in opposite houses but the same sign. The synastry makes it much easier to interpret these meanings by taking out one of the variables.

I've attached the synastry chart. Would you be willing to give your impression of our true node placement?

Many thanks!

your node only seems to make two possible aspects, one poss conj Asc and trine Jupiter. Although nodes are important there are also major important synastry aspects which you should be looking at...

Although synastry is a valuable tool with astrology it cannot 'make things happen' even if you have the best synastry in the world unfortunately.

In synastry I use tight orbs and view aspects between one person's outer planets to the other person's inner planets as being "karmic connections"......usually with the outer planet person doing the teaching and the inner planet person doing the learning.

“The heart of an astrological chart according to esoteric astrology are the moon's nodes, or points where the moon intercepts the earth's orbit around the sun. Your nodes diametrically oppose one another. So if your south node is in Capricorn, your north node would be in the opposite sign of Cancer and your soul's path would be moving from masculine, earthy Capricorn energies, into light, feminine Cancer”.

Re: True Node axis: Cancer/1st house and Cancer/7th house

there's no way they'd be in the same house. if one is in cancer, the other is capricorn, the north node or true node is in cancer, the south node is in capricorn, which means your comfort zone is in yourself, you have a tendancy to indulge in your own needs, read up on capricorn traits to understand. you are in this life, meant to be more of a cancer (north node) and in the 7th house, this is more focused on your partner and what you need to develop, as you are overdeveloped in capricorn of the first house. you can read more about north nodes in the houses and what they mean at http://cafeastrology.com/nodesofthemoon.html
