I am in a big delimma that tomorrow is my last date to join the job... but i am still confused that the offered job will help me in my career growth or i shud wait further...

is there any reason why you can't accept the job, and wait for something better to come along? Its easier to find a good job whenyou already have one...its a strange quirk of hiring managers that they value already employed people.
shud i take or leave tommorrow's Job offer!!!
