Uranus Transiting Into Southern Hemisphere Of Natal Chart

On March 30th, Uranus will be transiting into the Southern Hemisphere of my natal chart as it passes through Aries for the next seven years.

When Uranus enters Aries, it will be transiting over my Vertex, Venus and Sun over the next few months and years.

Does this mean a lot of good things will finally start happening to me, things that I either put off, didn't get around to doing in the past or was blocked because of other transits?

Will my luck increase with both Uranus and Jupiter in Aries?

The sign position of Uranus indicates our restlessness and what for us is individual, modern and thrilling. The house position of Uranus indicates where we desire free expression, seek to be different, and where things get turned upside down! Shocks, surprises, upheavals, freedom, independence. Uranus being a higher octave of mercury, like Neptune is a higher octave of venus. The house Uranus is in is where we seek to be different, want free expressions and where things get turned upside down.

There is a higher and lower vibrational energy when talking of outer planets and obviously I have taken the middle ground. There will ultimately been more variations, interpretations that I have written and any senior member with additional information is invited to comment and refine and tweak this information. I would prefer it to be ‘collective’ rather than my personal subjective views, taken from years of studying, experience and attending seminars

Uranus will not increase luck - it's the planet of Divorce, surprises, shocks upheavals. Transiting planets act as background influences until they make an *aspect* to a natal planet.


Transits
I use--- 1° approaching, 1° exact and 1° departing. If you click on the link listed below for the online ephemeris it will list all planets at any given time. Learning astrology is like learning a new ‘language’ and obviously the more effort you put into something the more your knowledge and understanding will increase. All transits act as ‘background’ influences through a house, until it makes a mathematical aspect to a planet inside or an Angle.

For 'timings' I would look to the retrograde hit as the most important trigger, then look to see what the quicker planets are doing especially mars & mercury --

astro.com has fee six month transit forecast plus when you get into Extended chart selection, look at the three tabs after calculating a chart under ‘method’ default is circular wheels (on left), middle is special charts and in their you get graphic ephemeris 1yr (or 5years) with natal = transits for 1yr and lots more. BUT you first must learn or memorise the 'glyphs' ie: shorthand for recognising what these maps/graphics mean.

Now it's more important to focus on transits from Jupiter to Pluto (poss mars as this is the ignition key)and these planets when aspecting something in your natal chart 'set off' the difficult or nice 'aspects - potential - problems' that your chart expresses. By that I mean if a benefic planet like Jupiter hits/touches/transits your venus, mars or uranus these could be experienced very pleasantly. BUT if your natal venus is afflicted, or badly aspected say conj saturn then jupiter will not has such a good effect. It all depends on how the natal planet is 'aspected'

For me I would say external 'events' must be seen by transits, progressions or Solar arcs to Angles ie: Asc/Desc & MC/IC most other times these events are 'internal, psychological matters as in between the ears'

Now astro.com uses a much wider orb, possibly something like 5° or even 10° that’s why when you use the free transit forecast service a transit goes on for months and months. BUT common sense should tell you when the transit is ‘exact’ then it’s at the strongest. Some astrologers swear by 1° approaching produces ‘events’ some say the 1° exact, some say 1° off for triggering events. I personally look to the exact and 1° off for ‘timings’ especially the retrograde hit (backwards hit)

This last website link is rather nice because it gives interpretations of what the ‘Lord’ of the house cusp ruler means ie: T Jupiter sextiles natal sun, so wherever Leo rules in your chart is connected to the area this transit will be affecting –

Most of my shocks and upheavals have occurred in the last eight years when Uranus was transiting Pisces in the 6th house.

In 2003 I lost the last job I held. I've been unemployed since then with my family helping me get by.

In 2004, my truck broke down and I couldn't afford to get it fixed.

In 2005, my family nearly lost all of our property due to money we owed. Luckily we got a mortgage and saved it for a while but it was a mortage from a predatory sub-prime lender. I also sold off some precious metals and got ripped off by a dishonest coin dealer. Later that year I first heard about the Law of Attraction when I downloaded an ebook by Wallace Wattles called "The Science of Getting Rich". I wasn't even trying to look for the book. I just happened to click on a little black and white picture of some funny looking, balding, smiling old guy.

In 2006, my home was nearly hit by a tornado. Later that year I was looking through some old books in the basement and found a copy of Napoleon Hill's "Think And Grow Rich" by accident. Several themes in the book were similar to Wattles' "Science of Getting Rich". I also started hearing about a movie called "The Secret" on the internet.

In 2007, my grandmother died and then a dog I had for several years died. Later that year, I submitted a screenplay to a scriptwriting contest. A week after I submitted the script, the Writer's Guild went on strike and disrupted all TV and movie production, thus affecting what was going to be chosen as produceable scripts from scriptwriting competitions. My script, which nearly made the finals, was ultimately rejected in early 2008.

In 2008, we nearly lost our home and had to sell off personal property we had for years. Later that year, the economic collapse occured and we couldn't afford to pay the mortgage and lost several acres of property. This is the year I really got into learning the Law of Attraction and bought the DVD of "The Secret".

In 2009, we had to sell off more personal property to save our home. I used The Secret to get us through this.

In 2010, it was the same story again but we also lost another piece of property because we couldn't make the payments. Using the Secret, we managed to save the rest of everything we had. As of this time, I must have read at least thirty to forty different Law of Attraction books as well as books on Quantum Physics, something I never would have read before, to help me understand the Law of Attraction and how it works.

I believe all of that, both the good(i.e. The Secret) and the bad(everything else) was because of Uranus in Pisces.

Hopefully with Jupiter and Uranus both in my Sun sign Aries, it'll all turn around now.
