When will I have a girlfriend?

I have never had anyone serious so I haven't even had one girlfriend and I'm nearing my thirties by four years. The chart is attached.

I'm not very learned in this for some reason I don't have my horary book anymore. I am Jupiter (asc) and prospect is Pisces. But as far as gleaning how long or if it will even happen I have no idea. If you can input I'd appreciate it.

Hi on my break but will give it a shot: significators are Mercury (you) and Jupiter (future girl). No aspect so as of now she is not a part of your life. However she is at 29 pisces so she is at the end of a stage in her life somehow that has to be worked out and she is retro. The moon secondary significator will trine sun in 23 somethings being they are not angular I would maybe weeks or 23 months. My timing tends to be off. Maybe Tikana, Dr Farr or one of the other astrological champions can help you out. Look at your progressions and transits (slower moving planets) to your natal that will also be a better timer sometimes better than horary especially with relationship questions. Good Luck!

I'm confused weeks or 23 months? Would it be either or? Also being that there is no aspect that rules out anyone I know though right? Could it be someone I know of or no? Thanks alot for your interpretation, so there is someone over the horizon it seems.
