Can I get an accurate chart please!!

I have had two charts done. One say I'm a Gemini w/ sag moon and aries rising. The other says I am a Cancer w/ cap moon and pisces rising.
My closest relationships have been w/ sag moon people.
I also have a scar right above my eye which eludes to the Aries placement.
Please help!!!

You need the exact location within the state to get the accurate chart.
The above site provides a Natal chart that is prefered on this website.

Assuming you were born in New York, New York (74w00 : 40N43)...astro.com will produce a chart showing you as Cancer Sun/Sagittarius Moon/Pisces Ascendant (11.49 degrees)...and (as EhTeam has said) that will be correct...because they use an accurate ephemeris and correctly adjust for time zones+daylight savings...(which some other sites do not).

Yes it is. The site also allows you choice of house system format (my personal advice is either whole sign or equal house)
Additionally, you can compare your Western (tropical sign) chart with the same chart cast using the Constellations (either choosing the Lahiri-"Vedic"-or Fagan sidereal set-up)
