Virgo female - Taurus male roommates

I have been living with a Virgo girl for about 6 months. Recently I have developed feelings for her. The thing is I can't be sure what she thinks of me. Sometimes she is very talkative and friendly to me and sometimes she is very silent and serious. Any tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
