Using planetary hours
Hello,
A while back, I asked a question on planetary hours and how to use them in electional astrology. Radu was kind enough to give me a very helpful link to a series of articles that approach the subject.
I have a new question now. What if I want to use the hour of a benefic planet, say Jupiter, but that planet happens to be dibilitated or afflicted in the sky, say in Rx motion. How does this affect the planetary hour?
By the same token, is the hour of a malefic even worse or more restricted when that malefic is debilitated?
The link that Radu provided said that when Mercury is in Rx motion, then the Mercury hour will not be very helpful for communication, unlike how it is when Mercury is direct. But Mercury is neither a malefic or a benefic, so I don't know if this is a rule that applies to all planets.
