I found that I asked a question of whether or not it would be possible to purchase a home that may soon come up on the market.
I ran a chart on the time and came up with these following data (using Archergirl's list of important information needed):
-1st House Ruling Planet (Jupiter)
-Planet Ruling the house of the quesited (Moon)
-The Moon (in Cancer)
-No interference between the Moon and it's intended stop (Sun). This is actually the important Solar Eclipse (Sun conjunction Moon +2 deg, 1' difference at time of chart).
-Moon and Sun are in a strong sign (Cancer)
-Moon and Sun in 8th House (Succedant...important house).
-Moon and Sun in Cardinal Sign, Succedant House (time span of days or weeks, depending on opinion of interpretor)
-Ascendant 1 Deg, 42' Sagittarius (Comprehension, Expansion, Jovial, Free).
-Early Ascendant (Room For Change, Developing Situation)
-Ascendant Ruler-Jupiter (Expansion, Growth, Truth, Prosperity, Lofty Aspirations, Massive Opportunity)
-Moon inconjunction Jupiter orb +2 deg, 18' (helpful, friendly, joining, cooperative)
-Sun conjunction Moon orb +2 deg, 1' (helpful)
-Sun trine Ascendant orb +2 deg, 23' (ease, luck? or lack of motivation?
)
-Sun conjunction Mercury orb +8 deg, 51' (helpful)
-Mercury 8 deg, 10' Leo, House 9 (exploration, speculation, studying, increase, growth in controlled manner?)

-Mars 6 deg, 52' Gemini, House 7 (fierce battle and quick, on-going action? possibly the amount of other people aiming to get the same house/home?)

I read that I should only really deal with the inner planets and their interactions for this purpose. First, is my homework here correct or close? I can't help but feel like this is meant to happen deep inside. This exercise really made me feel stronger about the conditions in reality. As the relationships here seem to be harmonic and not in conflict.
