New HoD, new beginning!

Hi All,

Winds of change are enveloping our dept, and we are all set to be headed by a new person from within the company in the coming year. I am anxious to know how the new HoD and I will hit it off with each other, so I asked the stars, "Will the new boss and I work well with eachother and will she be supportive of me?" I have briefly met my new boss a couple of times, and she even attended a conference I organised recently, together with the rest of the dept. However, Horary is too tempting for me to wait and really test the waters for myself in reality.

The chart's attached below, and here's my take on it.

Firstly, the ascendant is rather early (new boss hasn't yet begun, but visits us daily while getting her training from the old one), but nevertheless I think that a chart can still be read, so I will proceed anyways.

I am Jupiter and boss is Merc, and the two are in an applying sextile to eachother, which is great. Neither Jup nor Mer have any essential dignities (by sign), but I am the weaker of the two- Jup in detriment

. Wondering now, if Merc's placement in my 12th could show some 'hidden' activies on my bosses part.....or maybe some kind of 'hidden (negative) feelings'

Mars so close to the ascendant could indicate a lot of activity I will be involved in, or perhaps some kind of 'agression' on my part?

Moon, my co-sig, is in an applying opposition to Pluto in the first- my house- which could indicate some struggle for power, again on my part? Also, Moon is already in a separating square from both Sat & Ura, and will then go to conjunct POF, if we should consider that at all. This may indicate some kind of ease of tension (not that there is any there), and some luck, though that perfection of its opp to Pluto first is making me uneasy.

Briefly considering Venus, as it rules the house of daily work, well, it is located in the first and separating from a conjunction to Pluto. It will then conjunct Jup in the 2nd, and as Venus is the natural ruler of the 2nd house, maybe that is meant to indicate that either my self-worth or my pockets will get a boost.

Saturn moves slowly and is about 9° away from the MC, so I won't worry my pretty little head over that.

All in all, it does look quite all right, doesn't it?

The Moon is VOC here, AQ7k...it is out of orb with Venus, the next aspect. Being that the moon is VOC and the ascendant is early, you might want to ask again, especially since there are late degrees on the 10th cusp...Mars right on the Ascendant doesn't actually bode well, to be honest. You can struggle along on this chart, or wait a bit and see how things develop.

New HoD doesn't commence before next year, so am forced to wait in any case, though, can't wait for this change of 'heads' to happen.

Actually, now I'm glad even that the Moon is VOC (plus Asc & MC too early) in that chart; it spares me the worry about that Mars on the Asc. Reading the chart was a good practice for me nonetheless.

I am going to wait until the question (naturally) crops up in my mind again, and then come back with a new chart to this thread.

Hi Aqua, nice effort on your part, interpreting this! But AG is right, there are too many "just wait, cant do anything now" sort of things.
Out of curiosity I was looking at the future boss in house 7 as you now still have the recent boss hanging over you

but that one is also ruled by Mercury!! (hope the new one will not back out so that the old one will stay on for now.....)AG, would you in this case look at house 10 or the 7th? (10th of the 10th). Mercury in 12, mmm.... I understand why you think about "hidden matters". Better wait until the end of the month when more info will come to light and ask again.

If the ruler of house 10 is the boss now, the next sign along in house 10 would represent the 'new' boss or the 'next' boss. The 10th of the 10th wouldn't really play, as this would be 'the boss of the boss'.

Sorry, I don't get this bit: the next 'sign' along in house 10? Maybe the lights within my head are already off (yawn). Time to call it a day.
