long distance trip? Merc retro?

question

Lilly says that if a ruler of 9th house is retro it means that either the person is returning to a place or cancelling the plans
how true is this in this chart

20 something year old got a movie role so the question is
Will i go to country X on a specific date *she didnt allow me to post information*

i am getting a very shakey yes

mercury ruler of 9th is in her 1st conj asce
moon sextiles sun then hops to merc
venus sextiles jupiter *traditional ruler of 9th house*
last aspect of the moon is sextile to merc
looks like a go!

but thsi merc retro is alarming me..

And Mer's squ to Jup (trad ruler of long travels)?

Yep, noticed that Moon-Mer, also Mer-Ven stuff already, looks good.
In fact, Mer (travel) being placed so angularly close to the Asc & in the same house as Ven (though Ven is weak in Sco) could indicate that the querent would initiate lot of action re travel, but, besides the rx-Mer problems, I don't like the burning out of Mer-travel, and that square to Jup does no favour either. Don't know, whether or not this would count here, but just noticed that Moon is squared by Saturn (hindrance), which is in querent's 11th house (hopes/wishes), and rules her 4th (home/family), something might hold her back at home/here, or travel-plans could get thwarted/delayed due to something to do with home/family.

I would also give a tentative 'yes'. The sextile of the Moon with the 11th ruler Sun is almost exact; Moon is conjunct POF.

Mercury retrogrades over the angle. Has she been there before?
