I need help!!

I wanna know why these two sites put my ascendant as Taurus when in fact its Sagittarius. They have the same interpretations and also give me the same wrong ascendant, so I'm guessing they have the same engine in calculating charts. So does anyone have any clue why they are like that? I tried other people's charts and their ascendant and everything came out accurate because I checked with other websites and they were the same.
Here are my info just in case anyone wants to try and see for themselves:
Birth place: Tehran
Gender: Male
DOB: Aug. 16, 1989
TOB: 2:45 PM or 14:45

I really wanna know my exact chart so I can finally see the planets aspecting my ascendant.

I calculate the Asc at 18degrees 21minutes 04seconds of Sagittarius, with the only major "within orb" aspect to it being :-

Mercury square at 17.45.11 Taurus/9th house (1 degree orb).

The "wider orb" aspects to it (which I'd not use in an interpretation) are :-

Sun trine in Leo/8th (5 degree orb)
Moon sextile in Aquarius/2nd (4 degree orb)
Pluto sextile in Scorpio/11th (6 degree orb)
North Node sextile in Aquarius/2nd (7 degree orb)

(Mercury square Asc results in "what you say often being not what others hear" - so, you have to work hard on learning to communicate your ideas and opinions clearly/in a way that others understand. Bear in mind that Mercury in Taurus/9th is concerned with things of practical value that broaden the mind, and the Sagittarius Asc gives exceptional open mindedness. So, to others, it might appear that your opinions/ideas "change with the wind" unless you explain clearly why "what you believe today is not what you believed yesterday or will believe tomorrow". That's the curse of a mind that simply has to explore things.)

As Flea says though, Astro.com produce charts correctly/in accordance with the data input.

Usually these errors occur with sites that require that YOU calculate Daylight Savings Time. Astro.com calculates Daylight Savings Time automatically.
