Advice on career and life decisions

Hi, I graduated with Nutritional Science and Human Biology. Currently, I am in Master's of Biotechnology, which strongly focuses on Pharmacology and Healthcare. I am still confused and vague about my career choices. Please see my natal chart below.

Questions:

1) I do not seem to enjoy life very much. I observed that I spent so much time researching and investigating and had neglected to devote time for my social life, family, friends, looking for work, spiritual life, and health. I am truly looking for a good advice for changing my life.

2) I believe I have lots of Mutable Signs in my chart. So, I believe that the strength of being Mutable includes flexible, versatile and resourcefulness. What kind of careers require the three traits?
