I sell art prints online and have a customer who I think is lying about receiving his print damaged. The reason I think this is because I have been using the best and thickest packaging rolls I can get and pay extra for them. Since using the rolls for the past 6 months I have never had any arrive damaged to the customer. This customer bought a print and then emailed me to say it had arrived damaged. I sent him a replacement immediately (at that point believing what he said). He has now emailed again saying that the second print has also arrived damaged and that he wants a refund. Fair enough, if this is true, but it seems a big coincidence that this one customer has received two damaged packages and this has never happened before, after more than 500 customers?!? He has also falsely accused me of using cheap packaging! Lastly, after doing some investigation into his username, it now appears that he also sells art prints, so why is he buying mine? His are a LOT more expensive and he warns HIS customers that if the print arrives damaged they will have to claim insurance for it!
I cast a chart to ask whether this customer is lying and/or has stolen the prints. I didn't ask this in the question, but I also wonder if it is so, then why would he do that? Could the chart tell me this?
I've uploaded the chart including outer planet as I think they have some relevance here, neptune and pluto being close to angles. Also, I'm going to overlook the early degrees in the ascendant and the void of course moon.
Firstly, I am represented by the Moon and I am in the 12th, could show my suspicions. He (taking the 7th house to represent the other) is Saturn, which is angular in the 4th and has recently had a conjunction from mars. He also rules the 9th, which makes sense as its an overseas sale.
I will take the prints as being 2nd or 5th house (art). If its the 2nd, then also ruled by moon and separating from square to saturn (him). If its the 5th ruled by Mercury, then saturn is in rulership and exaltation of mercury and moon is in rulership and triplicity of mercury. He is also in triplicity of the moon which rules the 2nd, so this ties him in with both of those houses.
Mercury is almost exactly conjunct the 3rd house and is combust, therefore I could take the worst type of meaning for mercury, which can sometimes mean a trickster. Neptune (although an outer planet) is also a planet of deception and it conjuncts the 10th cusp and is retrograde.
The fact that he is represented by Saturn, very close to Mars, is interesting. Two malefics? both angular, both ruled by a combust mercury on the cusp of the 3rd. This could either mean that the packages were in fact damaged in transit, or that something else is going on here.
Can anyone see what this chart is trying to tell me? I'm confused (moon in gemini (mind) in 12th!).
