thought this was interesting. Started on the new moon, concludes on the full moon. I created a chart with the exact time of the fullmoon (5:37pm, 12 Dec) in Proznan, Poland where this meeting is happening and it places uranus on the MC... http://unfcc.int/meetings/cop_14/items/4481.php
