it'll take some experience on your part to judge the right person and that can happen in late 20s - early 30s

I'm guessing something connects you. You are the Sun, he is Saturn as noted, but both planets are disposited by Mars. You are exalted about the idea (Sun in exaltation), but as noted, might change...
