You can't judge a soul mate potential by this aspect alone but there are threads regarding Venus Pluto contacts in synastry, in general those relationships should not be taken lightly

Significators will form an applying aspect that should give a yesr were it not for Jupiter in a way. I have made a horary with same situation and do not know how to interpret. Might be some obstacle...

Perhaps a transformation of existing relationship, something stresful as Uranus is also involved. Are you in a relationship?

Probably could be depending of the age, whether it's the first time Saturn is transiting over Asc or not, after first saturn return when one is adjusted enough to Saturn and so on. Trouble in love is...

I think one's Venus conjunct other person's NN is a big one
I know I had this with someone and after years this is a person I still didn't forget and likely the attraction and pull will not fade. ...
