Well, Moon is generally a mother figure in night charts, Venus in day charts. Obviously, there was a coincidence here with Moon also ruling 7th for the co-worker - so it was 2 roles out...

I had a quick look at your progressed chart, I don't see strong chances of pregnancy this year, but 2015 july-aug looks good as Transiting Jupiter is conjucnt ASC and T Uranus aspects this Jupiter...
