Quindecile

I was doing a search for 'obsession natal chart' and came across something called a "Quindecile" in the chart. Does anyone know any more about this? Apparently it has to do with obsessions.

I notice that I go 'into' a little kid voice sometimes (I've been told it's a manipulation tactic)... but other times I have a very soothing calm arpeggio voice... not monotone....
