I am not sure how to answer this.

I am cancer - Fertile.
Ruled by moon, but moon in leo- NOT fertile.
Baby is scorpio- fertile
but ruled by mars- NOT fertile. NOt good for baby.

Possibilities:

1. I am not pregnant, just have a really confused body.
