No! The chart casts no aspersions upon the qualifications of the doctor-it does show that, energetically, there is dissonance between you and the doctor, and such a "lack of sympathetic affinity"...

Actually, you are Neptune (Neptune conjunct ASC in whole signs). Your mom would be Moon, and your dad Saturn and the quested Venus, because Libra is on the 8th house cusp and its ruler is Venus.
