Never seen that, might be interesting though. Sailor Moon was another anime that used astrology in a limited fashion, although it was more the planets rather than the signs.

Using the Simple Chart Delineation on Astrodienst, Venus and Pluto are my top ranked planets. I don't pretend to know enough about Astrology to guess if either planet is my chart ruler, though.
