you are a good loyal lover but destiny will make you meet wrong choice of partners.
it'll take some experience on your part to judge the right person and that can happen in late 20s - early 30s

since you've posted a chart in vedic format... your ketu dasa between dec 2009 - dec 2016 is not helping much.
however good news is that venus dasa for next 20 yrs will make your dreams come true.

i would chose dasa-bhukti+transits over anything else.
infact there are many types of dasa systems like nakshatra dasa, rasi dasa, moola dasa(which is said to give more accurate timings of events...
