What transits were you having when you get pregnant, or your partner?
Please state briefly: - Which house was your Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto - Whether these were making aspects to natal Sun or Moon |
Re: Astrology and Pregnancy. Which transits?
we are all visual people and need to see charts pls?
Unfortunately, there is no set formula or signature for marriage or childbirth, although others may disagree, apparently horary and vedic seem confident in this area. There are indicators and potential as there would be with natal, solar return chart but guarantees -- (post 2 & 3 below) http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?p=207744#post207744 Your chart is a blueprint of your personality, facets and penchants and the whole chart is 'potential' for development. There is nothing guaranteed or fatalistic in charts, I do believe we still do have free will. I also believe we chose our parents and childhood circumstances best suited to learning those Lessons in the best way we can. I think it's worth bearing in mind that the natal chart, like solar returns is all about 'potential' but as we all know we don't always fulfil that potential do we. It's like someone saying you can predict death, but with modern medicine and sciences the way they are and the potential to 'die' three times in a life, doesn't mean to say you will does it I think lots of people have unrealistic expectations about what astrology can and can't do. astrology is an 'art, science and craft' and not clairvoyance either. If there were a formula or signature, don't you think we would ALL be using it? Predicting marriage and/or having children can be done, but it is not easy, time consuming and intricate. There are lots of things to take into consideration like, secondary progressions, what inter-aspects one chart makes to another, Solar arcs, Solar returns, Transits etc http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3192 http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3179 http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14255 Symbolic Directions in Modern Astrology – book by By Charles E. Transits to the 5th house herald pregnancy in short. We need to see both partners charts and also to see the state of the Moon. |

Re: Astrology and Pregnancy. Which transits?
Wouldn't progressions or planets on the 5th ( progressed) be taken in consideration for the pregnancy to take place? I had and still do Jupiter/Uranus conjunction on my 5th house on my progressed chart when I got pregnant in 2007.

Re: Astrology and Pregnancy. Which transits?
V, I've just checked my progressed chart and I had no progressed planets in my fifth.

With my first pregnancy, I had progressed moon conjunct natal Venus as well as progressed Jupiter trining Venus. Progressed Venus was semi-sextile natal Venus and conjunct my Asc! With my second pregnancy, progressed Jupiter was in a seperating trine to natal Venus. |

Are you writing a book or article about this? (Not being sarcastic) or is it for personal use?

I could go on and on... My sister is due today to have her baby - I think it will come tomorrow night though, well it will definately come by Friday as they will induce her as she has gestional dietibies and the baby is very large already. My sister is super fertile with ruler of Asc Moon, and Jupiter the ruler of the 5th (and 6th) with Jupiter and Uranus in the 5th, she gets pregant very easy, my on the other hand which I have said in other threads, have Saturn in the 5th and am still without and was trying for a long time. As my sister has a natal Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in the 5th, the current Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in the skies is happening in her 8th house, which is now conjunct her natal Venus/Mars (both at 27 degrees). For your info Venus ruler of the 3rd and 10th, Mars ruler of the 9th. Transit Mars is conjunct her Descendeant right now... 16'03 and her desc is 16'13. Im thinking when transit Moon gets to the 4th house is when the baby will be born... or started. Her first pregnany had transit Moon conjunct her Asc by 10 seconds. So her first child and second child will have the Moon/Mars opposition which should be fun for them, hehehe. |
