I notice she does have an aries moon sq uranus so the original querent may be interested in that - which suggests other issues rather than just tempermental.
With an aquarius rising sign (an grand trine in air) and unconvential person and as a female a difficult time in history for women if they stepped out of line in any way ie didnt powder their nose they were considered mad. With that chart it was clear that she would do that.
