Hi Fensi, saw your message in a thread. You advised the person to run horary when one is anxious or worried most regardless of the placements of the planets at that moment. It happens with me too. When there was Mercury retro, i didnt ask the question and i dont if i "already" know that Moon is VOC. Let's suppose Moon is VOC and i already know it, but at the same time i'm worried about some relationship and want to ask the question but VOC moon means 'no aspect no event'.. what should i do then to know the outcome of my question?
