Background

My boss is my uncle. I work for the family firm. He is currently out of the country. We had a bit of a fight via text messages over something that happened to me at work today. It is kind of at an ugly state at the moment, and there is no way to reach a resolution until he comes back next week.

How will this fight end?

I see I’m signified by Jupiter Rx in Capricorn. This is a horrible position for Jupiter. It is in essential fall and is an accidental malefic. Does this mean that I was wrong?

It is in the 2nd house though. That’s medium accidental dignity. I guess I have power in the situation. It’s fairly radical too because the fight started over money.

I don’t know which house to use to rule my uncle. He is my mother’s brother. 3rd from the 10th is 12th. We can also consider 10th and the 7th as rulers since he is my boss and he is sort of my opponent in this situation. I’m puzzled here.

The 12th is good because it is ruled by Mars, which receives Jupiter by exaltation. Jupiter receives it by triplicity. Mutual reception shows good intentions towards one another. So as my uncle, he cares about me, probably even more than I care about him. Jupiter is accidentally more dignified than Mars, which is in the 9th. I have the upper hand as his niece.

The 10th is not so great because it is ruled by Venus. Venus is in Gemini. Jupiter and Venus Mutually anti-receive one other. As boss and employee, we have adverse intensions for one another. Still, Jupiter is more accidentally dignified than Venus, which is in the 6th.

The 7th is ruled by Mercury. Mercury and Jupiter are opposite in nature. Here they are both accidental malefics as they are both in Rx motion. I guess this could mean that, as my opponent, the fight happened unintentionally? Mercury is better dignified than Jupiter bother essentially and accidentally as it is angular and in its own sign. Does he have the upper hand in this particular fight?

Jupiter does not behold Mercury Venus or Mars by any angle. I don’t see any translation of collection of light either. I guess the answer won’t be found here.

The moon, a natural significator of me and the whole situation is in Pisces in the 3rd. It’s a communication problem, obviously, and I guess it won’t last long since the Moon is in a movable sign. Right now, the moon is mutually applying to a square with Mercury. I guess this shows the clash. The final lunar aspect in this sign is a sextile with Jupiter. Does this mean that the situation will end in my favor?

I don’t know. What do you guys think?

Re: the nature of the fight-you said it was about money. My question would be did it arise strictly as an employee/employer squabble? Or would it not have risen to the point of a fight if you were not his niece? Maybe that clarifies significators or houses to watch activity.

Well, it was about my "prestige" in the firm. But that was not only because I'm his niece, but because, when I tried to quit a year ago, he promised that things would be different and that I would lead t5he firm someday. So I guess it was both.

The fight ended by the way. But I'll give you a chance to give it a go before I post the result.

Thanks for your interest in my horary.
