I was looking at this man's chart and found it an interesting chart. Emile Baulieu developed the abortion pill and the anti aging pill. There was a lot of controversy over the abortion pill . Emile said he had wanted to give power back to women, as he felt there was uncontrolled suffering for women. I made a couple of notes on the chart, I didn't go into a lot of depth.
I just noted he was Scorpio Rising, which is determined, secretive and likes to delve into taboo subjects, can penetrate deeply. What makes his Scorpio rising more powerful is that Pluto (ruler of Scorpio Asc) is placed in the 8th house in Cancer. The 8th is all about regeneration and growth, destruction, the cycles of life, also researching. Pluto in Cancer the focus can be on women, home, family. Scorpio/Pluto has rulership over the reproductive organs, Pluto also trines Moon in Pisces, strengthening the Moon influence over his Pluto. Mars co ruler of Scorpio falls in the 6th Taurus (Venus ruled) obviously Mars in the house of health/work etc.. As I said before he received public condemnation, from people stating it is murder while he claims it helps women be in control of their reproduction.
There are other chart aspects worth noting like his disciplined mind and research ability (Mercury in Scorpio conjunct Saturn/Sagittarius) in his first house of identity involved in a t.square (Leo self and peers Aqua) A scientific mind Jupiter/Aqua/3rd intellect which ties in with his penetrating mind (Mercury in Scorpio). I do wonder about the ethical principles which I think would fall under 9th/Sagittarius/Jupiter type of aspects/placements. With the Moon/Uranus aspect the image of freeing women in his perspective, from the uncontrolled suffering, in the 4th - the past/Pisces the suffering of all woman on a collective level. But I am not totally sure I should interpret the aspect this way. Overall he has certainly attracted controversy.
