This year has taken a toll. Gotta question here, and I don't know how to read it.
Is my physical health threatened right now?

Oh my god. I wasn't totally concerned until I drew that chart. Now I'm scared.

No, no, no!

Don't worry about the chart. The orbs you used were too wide for horary.

Now, I don't know whether to use your 1st house or 6th house for physical health, but they both seem alright to me.

The 1st house is empty and its ruler (Venus) is receiving no hard aspects and no aspects from malefics. It's receiving a sextile from Mercury. An application says a "yes" answer but a sextile suggests a good outcome. Maybe whatever it is you're worried about will turn out fine.

Your 6th house has the North Node (showing your concern) and Mercury (probably showing worry). Its ruler, Jupiter is receiving no aspects at all showing a "no" answer to your question.

I still don't know which house to go with but neither result is alarming.

Not necessarily. I've been using Placidus ever since I started doing horary and it's been accurate enough for me to stick to it ;)
