I have no idea what this means.

Also, would anyone happen to know what Lillith in Scorpio at 0 Degrees means?

Did you try to do a search online? I did my progressed chart, and then I looked up some information to help me understand what it was saying, just do a google search and find a site that offers some information. I think the one I found was a bit vague, but it helped a bit :)

Is there something you're actually trying to look for within the charts? Say like a relationship, job advancement, relocation? Or are you looking for a natal interpretation?? General natal interpretation's are pretty readily found online with some googling. Astro does have sample reports available too. :)

I know about my original natal chart. I just don't know anything about my progressed chart.

The natal chart is what you are born with and shows the "natal promise", the progressed chart shows you in effect what you become. Look at your progressed chart and then also compare it to your natal chart and see what aspects there are being made between the two charts.

There's two types of progressed chart: (1) one degree of the sun moving per year and (2) one day per each new year.

So for example, if you were born on 1 January 1990 at 12:00pm, you would now be 18 years old. Under the second type of progression, your progression chart be 19 January 1990 at 12:00pm. See how each day represents a year in your life? So for 2009, your progressed chart will be 20 January 1990, 12pm.

Big changes will specifically occur when your progressed sun and progressed AC changes signs, when other planets change signs and when these planets change houses on your natal chart or when progressed planets sit on the angles in a natal chart.
