Moon dignity

here is a question

if ruler of the querent is not in aspect nor reception with the ruler of the quested, but moon is in aspect and reception with the ruler of the quested, should we look at the moon as a main significator from dignity/reception standpoint?

Yes. The Moon is co-significator of the querent.

if a significator is at critical degree *29* and it is applying to quested ruler, which is in another sign, this can be interpreted as "yes, after ciromstances will change."

right?
