What is the difference between intervention (interposing) and frustration?

Frustration: 2 rulers goes to aspect eachanother but before that happens
the slower ruler aspect 3rd planet

Interposing:2 rulers goes to aspect eachanother but before that happens the faster ruler aspect 3rd planet
