Can you provide us with the name of the city instead of just the coordinates? They are very useful in clarifying a destination, but unfortunately Astrodienst doesn't allow you to simply enter in coordinates to generate a chart, at least not that I'm aware of...thanks! :wink:

Ok, here's the chart but I am loosing confidence in my ability to translate all of the data correctly, especially since a lot of these horary questions were asked around the same time...can someone do a double-check just in case? And yes, before you ask I have had many lifetimes of Virgo experience :D

This is a typical chart. The ASC is in Libra and the DSC is in Aries, which makes your significator Venus and his Mars. Venus and Mars and an horary about love, how descriptive is that? :)

Well, Venus is in Capricorn in the 4th house. The 4th house is an angular one, which shows that you may be willing to initiate the action. Capricorn is also a cardinal sign asserting this, but Capricorn is a careful sign. Maybe you're ready to initiate something, but still want some more assurance; hence, the horary.

He is Mars in Taurus in the 8th house. Tuarus is the sign of detriment of Mars. Mars in a fixed sign and a succeedent house. I think he will want to stay the way he is for a while. What's going on is his life right now? It'll go on for a while.

Also, Mars is in your 8th house, his turned 2nd. That's the house of your joint resources and his personal resources. I cannot help but interpret this as him being the bigger benficiary of the relationship that your are currently having. Maybe he's in trouble and you're helping him out? Maybe you're giving him more attention than he's giving you? Also, Taurus and the 8th house are associated with subborness and secrets. Maybe there's something he's not telling you.

Using a very wide 10 degree orb, Venus is applying to a trine with Mars. Although is is generally a yes answer, there are lots of troubles with it.

1. the orb is too wide fo horary I believe. I don't know if it should be considered at all.
2. Even if we consider the trine, Venus and Mars will perfect other aspects before they perfect their mutual trine. This is frustration. Not good.
3. The trine will not perfect in Capricorn and Taurus. It'll continue to look applying until Mars is in Gemini and Venus is in Aquarius. Only then will it perfect. Maybe this means that if the love is meant to happen, it'll be after a certain boundary is overcome. Are there any particular boundaries in the way right now? Maybe one of you has just broken up with someone?

The Moon is a co-significator of the question. It is in Gemini in the 9th house. This shows communication and personal development, but I do not know how to incoporate that into the interpretatation.

The Moon's next aspect is a trine with the Sun. The Sun is a natural significator of Men in general. Some would say it represents light romance. In this chart, it represents your friends (11th house in Leo). Maybe you're about to enter a casual romance or make a new frienship or something.

The Moon's last aspect before it leaves Gemini is a trine with Mercury. Mercury is the natural significator of communication. In this chart it is the dispositor of the Moon and the ruler of your 12th house. A trine is a smooth aspect and communication is highly highlighted in it. Nothing could happen with him unless he opens up and talk because it seems that there are things you don't know about him.

So, I think the answer to your question is "no". Love from his side is not happening at this time. But maybe it could happen after drastic changes has happened in your situation (or his). You will continue to try despite my answer. Whether it happens or nor, you will be able to learn a lot more about your own self in the process.

He has just broken up a long relationship (4 years). :(. Before this relationship we had been together for about 2 years.
