I drew a chart using the time the event related to my question occurred and NOT the time I asked myself the question ...can this chart be considered valid to be read?

Yes. The event chart would be valid to read. But I guess it would depend on what you wanted to know.

Event charts are always valid. They are read like horary charts, and you can ask multiple questions of them if these relate in some way to the event or its aftermath.

I guess not. You have made a chart for a specific time of an event. The story should be there, and so should the answers of anything related, you want to find there.

Hi, no, the chart can't be 'too early', as it's an event chart; how can an 'event' be too early? :p (Apart from my going to work, that is...)

Depending on the context of the event, the early ascendant may have some significance, as in it is something in development or needing further investigation, etc. But it's not too early.
