I've created and uploaded his natal chart with transits.
What do you hope to find from this chart, though--if he will be released of charges? Specific questions such as these are probably better answered using horary astrology, but if you're looking for the energies that are affecting him at this time, this is the correct board ;)
I bet Uranus conjunct his Midheaven is a culprit; Uranus tends to bring unpredictable influences, and the Midheaven represents authorities. Transiting Uranus is sitting right on his natal Midheaven--within minutes of it. So is the Sun, interestingly enough, but this won't last more than a day or two. The Sun's orb with his Midheaven is just about exact, which may explain why you've posted about him today.
Transiting Mars is currently conjunct his natal Jupiter, but again, this influence won't last longer than a week or two.

Dear lexia523-
It would be wonderful to hear what your son is like. What is his emotional make-up. What does he look like? What was he like when he was little? How is your relationship? How is his health? I would be very thankful if you care to share. If not I understand because these are personal question.
You see my son who turns two this month has some simularites to your sons chart. I would love to hear about your son.
My sons simularies to your sons chart are:
Aries sun in the 10th
Pluto in the 6th
Moon/Saturn opposition

when he was young it was hard to be the perfect mother to him, when he was so naughty and trying.. all i could do what everymother does is love him.. love him like no one else will. allways be there for him, (trouble with the law) but be strong enough so he knows when the boundry canot be crossed....
well thats my story anyway,... he loves with a passion is very independant
needs to be occupied allways. xxxx
How beautifully said !
Many thanks for sharing. It was such a treat to read about your son!
Independent boys for sure. I will never forget my son at only 12 months pushing my hand away when I was helping him ride his little truck down the side walk. He wanted to do it by himself !:)
I have a Leo moon as well. With such strong independence from Aries it’s a tricky because with Leo moon mothers we want to be dependant upon. As you said the best approach is unconditional love. Your son has a wonderful mother to be so wise.
Thank-you for asking about my sons birth time. Here it is:

Visually, I'm thrown a bit by the position of transitting Uranus in the chart diagram - so, my comments here assume the table is correct (putting Uranus exactly on the MC).
I agree completely with the above comment of Arian Maverick - and note that transit Uranus here is also setting off the natal Pluto/Mars square in the 6/9 houses of Scorpio/Aquarius. However, those two natal planets make lots of aspects which modify the effects of the Uranus transit - but, (stating the obvious), these three planets are an explosive combination for anyone to handle. (Nevertheless, I have a feeling that he'd be ok if you could persuade the local fire department to take him under their wing in some way. Perhaps he could help to clean the pumps or the station in his spare time?)
The other area to look at here is the Natal Chiron in Cancer/2nd opposite Uranus in Capricorn/8th - as transits by planets always bring their natal role into play somehow.
Chiron in Cancer gives deep-seated feelings of being abandoned (his father?) - and the 2nd house might indicate insecurity. The opposition to Uranus will bring circumstances that force him to confront/accept this psychological Chiron wound. (Note that being "adopted" by the local fire brigade could do a lot to help here.)
Hope this helps rather than confuses you (as the inability to express things clearly is a major feature of my own chart).
EJ :)

Chiron in Cancer gives deep-seated feelings of being abandoned (his father?)
I just noticed that the Moon in Cancer is opposed by Saturn in Capricorn, which could also possibly indicate emotional issues regarding the father.
I'm still kind of confused here about the main purpose of the thread; are we discussing factors in his natal chart that might indicate rebelliousness towards authority, transits indicating a possibly of him getting arrested, possible ways to get him on track, etc?
Transits can indicate the type of energy that is currently affecting your son, but free will always comes into play, so I do not believe it can state with absolute certainty that your son will or will not get arrested in the future.
I don't know if I'm missing something obvious, but I don't think his Aries Sun and Mercury in Aries can be entirely to blame; sure, these are two important astrological influences, but they're not even enough to constitute a stellium. I would be willing to revise this statement if Aries ruled the Midheaven, but although your son has a tenth house Sun in Aries, Pisces rules his tenth house cusp--not Aries. The signs Cancer, Capricorn, and Aquarius are more prominent than Aries because they contain three bodies. Not everyone counts Chiron, but I do in this case.
Your son has a fair amount of dignified planets--exalted Sun in Aries, which has accidental dignity in the tenth house, exalted Jupiter in Cancer, and the Moon in the sign of its rulership, as well as the generational Saturn and Pluto each in their respective signs of rulership. None of these planets particularly seem inclined towards disobeying authority, with the possible exceptions of the Sun and Pluto. Yet it would be foolish to state that everyone born during the period in which the Sun is in Aries has difficulty with authority, just as it would be foolish to state that everyone born within the approximately twelve-year period in which Pluto was in Scorpio has difficulty with authority.
Aquarius is sometimes noted to be rebellious, but usually this is more in matters of societal conventions; remember that Saturn is the traditional ruler of Aquarius, so I don't think it would deviate too far from established laws.
Mars is connected with his nodal axis, but I would have expected Mars to be conjunct his South Node rather than his North Node; this placement seems to indicate that it is his destiny to move towards Martian behavior rather than away from it. His South Node is in Leo and its ruler is in Aries, so Aries seems to be pitted against Mars, which is something of a paradox. Perhaps this simply indicates that he is to learn to use the Martian energy in a different way than he is accustomed?
Aquarius is a sign associated with humanitarianism and greater causes, and the ninth house is associated with the law--although not governments and judges and those who administer the law, which is more of a tenth house matter. It is also associated with philosophy and religion and higher education. So, in an effort to combine this...perhaps your son may find fulfillment in actively working (Mars) in humanitarian causes (Aquarius), possibly those affiliated with religion or higher education (ninth house)? This may seem to be a long way off, but perhaps this experience is necessary for him to discover himself and his passions and interests?
In an attempt to move back to the main topic of this thread, transits, I will note that there is currently a lot of activity going on in your son's ninth house; Chiron, the wounded healer, is also currently conjunct his North Node/Mars conjunction. Your son will also experience his first nodal return in a few months; I just experienced my first nodal return last year, but I can't say that it was particularly life-changing. However, your son's might be since it may activate different planets.

dear lexia523,
I saw your photos and your son is very handsome I must say. Just a quick note since both our sons have Natal Saturn oppose Moon there is some good read in a thread I started if you want to take a lookThe effects of Saturn Oppose Moon In A Birth Chart. (http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7280)
All my good wishes for your son to find a good career (A Fireman - Aries all the way-my son Raiden is always looking at fire trucks as they go by)
-Best Regards,
De
the main purpose of the thread was to see if any transiting planets were going to get him into more trouble.....You know i got a feeling chiron is involved in this
Hi Lexia,
As Arian Maverick states "transits can indicate the type of energy that is currently affecting your son, but free will always comes into play". So, that Uranus transit of natal Pluto/Mars square gives him a massive surge of male energy/aggression - but, he is choosing to use it in ways that get him into trouble. So, the question is "why is he using it negatively rather than (say) in sporting activities or other positive ways?"
In relation to that question, I think you are right to look at Chiron. That Cancer Chiron wound of his drives him to be part of a family in everything he does. He needs to feel that he "belongs" - hence the strong family bonds with yourself/his neice, sticking up for underdogs/those who are being excluded, demanding respect/acceptance, wanting to be part of a "family"at work (fire brigade/army). These are all indicative of the Chiron wound acting through the subconscious - so, note the 2nd house theme of personal security here.
So, what this means is that the aim of current transits is to reveal Chiron's wound (to him) - not to get him into trouble. By helping him recognise (and accept) the wound, you'll help him use the transit energies positively rather than negatively. Then, as AM stated, he will begin to use his mars energy in positive/NN ways.
Finally, I wonder if he gets into trouble to impress his friends? If so, he is trying to "belong" with the wrong people/social family - but his motive is still "to belong/be accepted".
Again, I hope this helps rather than confuses.
EJ:)

It may not help to know this but it is a well-known fact that kids whom have no relationship with their fathers are highly likely to end up with ASBO's, criminal records and violent behaviour.
There is a lot of info on internet about this very subject as l have recently researched this. I don't think Aries makes one aggressive, naughty nor violent.

Please don't beat yourself up over your choice of dad to your kids. Don't allow the past to interfere in your future :)
I did this too and gave myself a good telling off for being so silly!
Nothing you can do except make the future a better place and l know all about Aries. I have 5 planets in Aries, my father is Aries. The 2 fathers of my children are Aries... blah blah blah ;)
NIGHTMARE sign - emotionally cutthroat
Good luck! Sounds like you are doing just fine.

Well, I always look at Jupiter in the Natal for the good in charts. Take a look at that. Your son has Jupiter in Cancer which is exalted. That is wonderful! (I have that in my chart as well)
I remember getting so worried about seeing the moon oppose Saturn in my sons birth chart. But as parent I must realized that I don't have control of the inner struggles that my son may have that make up who he is. I can only offer my full support, unconditional love and guidance.
This goes for all our loved ones that we want to protect and care for.
The hopes are to have difficult aspects turned into what motivates and not what keeps a person down.
Your son will come out on top. You have to envision it in your head and believe it, picture him with a smile, in a job he loves, in a great environment. Envision him being joyful and finding his niche in life. It will happen and you’re a great mom for caring so much.
I know its hard when the ones we love go through hard nocks and to say ‘what if’ or ‘I should have’ is a waste of energy and time. Don’t blame yourself when life lessons have to happen to your son. Sometimes it takes the difficult to grow. It’s also just life in general that is happening and not a darn thing to do about parenting. He is so very blessed to have such a loving mom. My family placed me in a group home for a year and a half as a teenager and I saw my mom only once.
Hang tight. It will all blow over.
Best Wishes-
De
...how can things change if we are born with the line up we have?
Hi Lexia,
I have a brother who had numerous brushes with authority as a teenager - in and out of court on a regular basis, ready to fight anyone at the drop of a hat, hated school (so never went) and dropped out of the army because he could not handle the discipline.
He now runs his own security company (providing protection for leading groups/singers at UK concerts) and is a much loved employer, husband, father, brother and friend - reknowned for his generousity and sensitivity.
And what turned him around? The birth of his first child.
EJ:)
