You have a lot of energy in Capricorn (duty, also career) focused in the 5th house (self-expression, also performing arts), so maybe you would be interested in some type of performance career.

Hello Jenna Jupiter
No planets in the 10th house of career; almost all your natal planets are in Capricorn and Aquarius in the 5th and 6th houses of creativity and work or service to others.
What you will really love doing is something grounded in creativity and connected with Aquarian activities such as telecommunications or the intuitive sciences such as astrology. With Chiron opposite Mercury, you have the potential to be very precise in your communications yet intuitive at the same time.
Depending on your preferences, I would either concentrate on perfecting your intuitive skills in astrology, tarot, kabbalah or the occult work of your choice, or you might prefer the world of television where your innate (and occult) understanding of the workings of the mind would make you a gifted researcher or programme consultant.
It would seem to me that you might be very happy working in either sphere. Your ability to produce results that are both uncanny and exact - together with your open and warm personality (Jupiter in the 1st) - should guarantee success.
All good wishes to you, fellow Sun and Moon Aquarian.

Psychiatry would be a natural for you because of your Chiron/Mercury opposition. This is described as the aspect for mind-reading, and in a very real sense that is what psychiatrists do. With four planets and the Moon's North Node in Capricorn plus Virgo rising, you should be able to keep any interactions grounded and documented; with four planets in Aquarius in the 6th you should also be able to cope with almost any intellectual craziness you might have to deal with while in service to others. Since you have indicated psychiatry as a possible career option, I would think that your intuitive skills are in good working order. Don't worry about the length of time it might take to gain qualifications - nothing worth having comes easy - and what's the point of choosing a less arduous career option if it doesn't meet your talents or make you happy?
Any restrictions in your personal life that you have been feeling recently may be signified by Saturn's conjunction to your 1st house Jupiter. This will peak and release during the first week of September which could be an appropriate time to begin shining some light on your psychiatric studies. Personal tensions should slowly subside from then on and terminate with the passage of Saturn into your 2nd house on November 8th/9th when any restrictions will move to the area of personal finances.

Never make the mistake that a good aspect means you don't have to work hard to realise its potential. Very often, easy aspects make us lazy and we say "I don't have to work too hard at that, I'm naturally gifted in that area so I can pick it up any time I like." The result of this attitude is usually failure and is a waste of the insight that astrology can provide.
There have been several career requests from people in your age group recently and they pose particular problems because, in many cases, nearly all planets occur in just two or three adjacent signs. This means a large proportion of the houses are untenanted, often including the 10th - the traditional career house. In your case, Jenna, the planets fall mostly in the 5th and 6th houses, in Capricorn and Aquarius, so you would seem to have both a stabilised creativity and a somewhat unconventional approach to health and good house-keeping at your disposal. You can make a business out of anything you do provided there is a demand for it. If baking is your idea of heaven, maybe you could find a way to make bread and cakes without using so much flour now that wheat seems to be more important for fuelling cars than feeding the hungry. Alternatively, you might perhaps find a way to produce cakes that don't make crumbs - space cakes that would be perfect fare in zero gravity. Your Virgo rising might indeed be the self-raising element that makes baking your business - public demand for healthy, non-processed food is sure to increase, I feel.
