My people and my country worry me. And what worries me particuliarly, is the mediocrity and serious lack of self esteem/culture of the chilean society.
Because it has reached alarmant levels.
I AM NOBODY FOR DOING A PROFESIONAL ANALYSIS OF MY COUNTRY AND EVEN ASTROLOGICALLY.
But!!
I´m really worried, so from my really ignorant view, I´ll tell you which are the problems and I´ll try <I´m not so good at this> to do an analysis [Astrologically].
Note: You can add your aprecciation/opinion/own analysis or even correct me if I´m wrong of course.

Here I go describing the worst problems since my thoughts.
1)Chile has the major levels of alchoholism from part of teenagers and minors compared with all other countries of southamerica.
To drink alchohol is seemed like an act that bounds you to the social group.
The concept of becoming an adult, having sex, or even having a girlfriend it´s completely out of reality for a great part of the people relating specially to minor aged.
That means you are gay and even not a man if you have not had sex at least at 17 years old. And you´re a noob, a freak and an unadapted if you don´t support this ideas.
And that means also that you are a total nerd if you don´t have girlfriend at 13 years old [Talking from seeing my surroundings].
Not even saying it´s absolutely abnormal to have such inclinations at that age or even younger.
There are public contests on the beaches and at the sight of everyone [Having a special place on the news!], about girls that compete for seeing who has the best body: They just bend over using a very small bikini and the public has a satisfactory and panoramic view of all. And that´s the contest!

And the contest are patronized by beer branches and more alchohol as a plus.
The 85% of the comunity has obesity problems .
Natality is absolutely out of control.
And all points to overpopulation.
[B]The concept of maturity is totally distorted and its primal sense has been lost, as same as sexuality.
Venus/uranus [Detriment/exaltaltion] conjunction in scorpio, twelfth house of libra. Virgo sun is placed in eleventh house and is semisquaring said conjunction in the twelfth house.
Saturn is placed in the ascendant conjuncted with neptune [Almost in the first house cuspide]. United by semisextiles to the twelfth house conjunction.
As being placed in twelfth house, the sense of self-worth of the people [Venus] may be experienced in an undefined way. Perhaps there´s a lack of self esteem [Obesity].
There´s a blocked coletcive self-esteem. A huge need for expression and creativity that doesn´t manifestates in the best of ways, and is somewhat opressed.
There´s also a strong need for release. The need for giving theirselves to be known by others, the big need of evolving and progressing as a country. Their ideals/ideas of progress and their desires of a better world, manifest through a disorganized method. Through hidden forces. Mybe the source of mediocrity [Explained below] was produced by this configuration: If desires are uncertain, there may not be an encouragement for working better.
This goes directly through the semisextiles to neptune and saturn: They want to build an image of their country made up of their ideals and their search for the better. They want also define theyselves and obtain a structure. Chile is in developement yet.
2)Chile´s resources are bad administrated.
Is like:
High class population: 0,2%
Medium class population: 11,7%
Low class population: 89,1%
I don´t know the exact numbers, but is certainly like that. Bad money administration.
They spend tons of money for football matches, while all remains untouched, and poor people are starving.
Poverty is a problem. Crimes are too like almost all countries [Don´t know if Chile particularly about crimes].
There is much domestic violence [Like ten femicides already in the first month of 2008. And of course only the ones that are deported and come up in the news]...
...But the another thing that worries me very much is the mediocrity and the sloth.
This really gives me anger. The neglect.
Chilean people are the most slothful people in the world.
They are irresponsible, and they are not efficient seeing the fact they have some of the longest laboral journeys of the world. They achieve few progress in a time they could do the triple, because the sloth and the lack of discipline [Saturn conjunct neptune], and return to their houses completely stressed and tired. The minimal salary is a misery, and they pay a nothing to their employees. How do they spect a better world with that work systems?
They commit medical negligences.
They are the type that say: "I leave you with the operator", "Come back tomorrow", "We are not the ones in charge", "We cannot do anything", "It is like that", "No sir we have not that" or "Go die, and have a nice day!".
Sloth!!
And I see it everywhere. In almost all stores, service centers, companies.
They steal to the poor.
And meanwhile the politician just compete altogether for seeing what politic match wins.
There are many problems with the resources administration, and there is a lack of motivation and discipline.
