Progressions and Arabic Parts

Okay. Say I have set up a progressed chart for my twenty first year of life. So do I now calculate the arabic parts of that? I know the progressed chart isn't much different but for arabic parts relating to the moon in the equation it could send it way off. Any idea? Also if anyone could explane how to progress a chart would be nice. I heard that you have to calculate the progression of the moon seperate.

a common method is to count the 21 days from your date of birth and you will have your progressions for that year. If you give me your birthdata I will send you a copy of your progressed chart with arabic parts.
