I dont know about you guys, but Mars retro, stuffed with my life. I felt so yuk in the time that it was retrograde. My routine went out the window, i was stressed, in a really profound way. My court case is now over, my son is now back in preschool, the sun is out.....(for the time being), but i must say, i do really feel ALOT differnet (better) now that it has gone direct again. I can sleep of a night, i have a routine again.......I just am so glad its over........until dec 2009.
Did it make a profound impact on anyone else? obviously it has a lot to do with its aspects in my chart, but man, I am so thankful its been and done with.
I would like to know how it went for all of you.

Good to hear Liquid!

I'm hoping its a good sign. My plans have started to happen too. Ive been looking for a way out of my current job but nothing was happeneing. I wrote my resignation letter out about 3 times, I hated it there! Today I wrote it again, and they let me go anyway! At least I found my exit now, hopefully it will leave space for something new to come along. I know and feel that tension is over finally.

Its in my 7th house so its brought up a lot of things out in the open that would otherwise fester. I feel now ready to move forwards with plans.

4leaf.....thats exactly how i am feeling.....i guess it will keep getting easier, till the next hard transit LOL!

NR, glad you are getting somewhere with your job....letting go, does make room for new things.....thats what happened with mars retro with me. i let go of friends who were more trouble than they were worth, (my natal mars is in sag), but for ages (the whole retro period) i felt bad about it......but i now know it had to happen for me to move on with my life.....just having the time and space, with no external friend worries, to work out what i want to do with my life is a blessing. I know i can move forward having made that space in my life. (my "friends" loved telling me what was wrong with me to boost themselves........had to let it go)

now for you, when is that bloody council going to ring for you? I reckon you should ring them, if merc retro is not badly aspected in your chart.......I dont think its rude at all.....they have left you waiting a long while now.
let me know what happens

OK.. coming in late here.. but that mars Rx was gross for me too. Glad to hear thoughts about letting go/// moving forward and ...**eff** in releasing.

Thank GOD!!!! I am so cutting into action now! Regardless of praise.. affirmation... etc... Really big for an aries with saturn RX complex.

You have no idea how hard that is...

Yea I know what you mean LG, you just have to let negative people go otherwise they give you their energy too. Maybe the Mars retro energy was internalising the results of your actions, so you felt bad, but now you are free to move on.

I feel the same about this now ex job.

The council said no, I emailed them in the end. Probably for the best, Im not sure the hours would be good for my studies.

I wonder how it effects the other houses its been retro in..

My only problem is that Mars had to go Direct DURING Mercury in Retrograde! I suppose that will make this Mercury Retrograde meaner and heavier than normal? I'm glad I won't be flying on the Space Shuttle!

I'm glad I won't be flying on the Space Shuttle! LOL!

dont know but last years merc retro wasnt a problem for me, except the one stupid motor bike chick, who ran into my car............merc doesnt have anything to do with travel though does it? only communication, mail, papers, mind, logic, intelligence in general..........i guess that girl who ran into my car was a bit illogical....considering the car was stopped and she ran into the back of it............!
guess only time will tell what this retro will bring.

NR, the council probably didnt deserve someone with a head on there shoulders.....there loss i reckon......Good to apply though to get the ball rolling, but i am sure you can do better than them....(in australia, i have found most people hate there local councils...............so i hope you find a job that is more "loved"!)

Well if merc is total travel that would explain me almost getting run off the highway twice today....people passing on the 2 lane, "didn't see me"....jesus... had to slam on the breaks twice and pull off the road on the shoulder...NO JOKE! this happened twice today, I almost hit a deer too....I caught even myself gawking for a moment and I looked up and....poof...there's a deer.....then another one right behind it....the guy behind me honked his horn and flashed his lights he was pretty close when I had to step on the breaks.....no where near close enough for an accident...but still....just a weird day on the road overall.

I am really really glad the mars in retro is over!
My skin is getting color again....litterally....been feeling under the weather as of lately......I fell more direct with my energy...more causeative....was wondering why today....forgot about this....went to the gym and had a nice workout....feel a little better.....yet more angry(laugh)....not sure why....mars retro felt supressive....I'm gonna do my best not to get upset about my hangups over this retro break and just not get into overdoing it...I almost expect to see some outbreaks of anger in the enviroment....mabie a little backed up hostility if people try to make up for lost time over the hollidays....just a guess...

I think my toung might get a little bit quicker.....I have mars natally in the 3rdH so I can get a little too quick at times....mars retro seemed to "slow me down" gave me time to develop speach.internalize it..find new words....then play with it internally and fire it out corectly...really there were some "positive" things for me with it retro.....odd....
another guess....

I'm glad that it is finally over!!! I'm pretty fed up with the Mars retrograde right now. Mars is currently transiting my 4th house ... and the retrograde made things even worse. There was (and still is) a lot of bickering and fighting and yelling at my home . I'm looking forward to the day when Mars finally leaves my 4th house. Unfortunately, this will take another 2 months or so.

Come to think of it, loads of things haven't really had the impetus to really get moving. I've got a project on the go that just doesn't seem to get finished at the moment, as well as looking for a new job. I've been doing these for well over a few months. Almost like they are moving backwards. I have Mars natally in my first house so its soooo frustrating!!

Tik: You're having three Mars returns in three months!? Does the retro return count?

LG: Yea everyone hates the council here too! I did get some funny reactions.

I think it's just an indication of frustration. You have to put out twice the effort to accomplish the same results with Mars Retrograde. It's an annoying transit, especially if it contacts personal planets, but not terribly bothersome. Saturn Retrograde is a much more menacing situation that really screws with your life if it contacts personal planets.

I have Natal Sun 2 degrees Virgo. Even my dreams are shaped like corkscrews! Saturn, get thee behind me (and take off your Horns!).

Hah ... yeah that transit can be pretty rough depending on the relationship between your natal Sun and Saturn.

I have a good friend who has Sun in 1 degree of Virgo opposite Saturn in Pisces. She is just waiting to be fired (she knows it's going to happen) from a high-paying job but I advised her to get fired rather than quit ... that way ya gets yer money ...

Life is not always a bowl of cherries, sometimes it's just pips ...
