Parents neighbour / friend

Hi

I was asking a question about the health of my mum and stepdad's neighbour. He is close to them, their friend. Which house would I use for him? I was thinking 11th house as he is a friend. Or 3rd house to represent neighbours, though he is not my neighbour..

Or 3rd from the 10th, (mum's neighbour) which would be the 12th..

Or 11th from the 10th, which would be the 8th.. though this seems to be complicated.

I'd appreciate any help!

yes definately 6th too.

i was thinking maybe the 11th as i am close to him as a friend too.

Neptune: I would use h7 for the person inquired about...The 11th is seldom used unless it is a close personal friend....
H12 would be his sixth house of health.

Funnily enough 7th house is Aries, and he is an Aries.

Hi Neptune, you can also count as follows: Mother = 10th house, neighbor of mother is 3rd of the 10th = 12th and his health is 6th of the 12th =
your 5th house.

Its weird, either way I look at it both answers seem to be similar, I'll give it a bit of analysis.
