Do any of you you use the diurnal chart? From what I understand you use the same info from the natal but change the date. Is this correct?

A diurnal chart is defined as a chart with the Sun above the Ascendant. A nocturnal chart is a chart with the Sun below the Ascendant.
So, if your Sun is below the Ascendant, in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or below the Descendant, then your chart is nocturnal. If it above the Ascendant/Descendant and in the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th houses, you're a diurnal chart.
Diurnal/Nocturnal are sect. If the chart is diurnal, the SECT LIGHT is the Sun. If it's nocturnal, the sect light is the Moon.
The Sun is of the diurnal sect and the Moon is of the nocturnal sect and are used to define sect because they are luminaries.

I try to use diurnal method for predicting sport games outcomes.
For the time present, there is no big success.
Though I am engaged in it of a week.

all,
If you haven't heard of the "diurnal chart" method of prediction, here is how astrologer Celeste Teal describes it:
