Transits to natal and first meeting chart

Hi!

Can l quickly ask please whether on a first meeting chart (date and time),

if person A's Natal Venus is conjunct exact Transiting ascendant

and

person B's natal eros is conjunct exact Transiting ascendant

is this significant or do only the midpoints count?


I just wondered seeing as Venus and Eros are both LOVE planets :D :D
