If a relative passes away (aunt) and there is an inheritance, which house would that b signified by, the 8th?

Have they died already or is the horary about whether they will die or not?

Because if you're only inquiring about their death then I think it would be best to use the 8th house turned from the house ruling the aunt. Traditionally your aunt should be ruled by the 6th house (3rd from 4th). Some people would use the 12th if the aunt is on your mother's side of the family (3rd from 10th).
